Sahara Import stands behind its inventory and feels confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the possibility of returning the item.

Return policy varies with each item according to the individual circumstance. Our products are handmade in Morocco, so variations in design, size, and color may occasionally occur.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or phone, prior to shipment back in original condition and packaging, and we'll give you a refund minus shipping round trip and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that items purchased from our showroom can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
